John Etheridge, a native of Florence, has deep roots in the local community, having been born and raised in the area. Throughout his formative years, he actively participated in extracurricular activities both within his school and various community organizations.

Upon completing his education at Francis Marion University in 1997, he embarked on a career as a mortgage broker. Later that same year, he took the bold step of establishing his own mortgage brokerage firm, E&A Mortgage.

However, it was in the field of real estate that John’s true passion lay. After successfully managing E&A Mortgage for 11 years, he made a significant career transition, becoming a licensed real estate broker. In just a few short years, he not only acquired E&A Realty but also assumed the role of Broker-Owner.

Under John’s visionary leadership, E&A Realty flourished into a comprehensive real estate company, offering a wide range of services, including Property Management, Buyer and Seller Representation, Lease Listings, and Tenant Representation. It was during this period that John honed his expertise in the realm of commercial real estate, solidifying his reputation as a trusted professional in the field.

Outside of his professional endeavors, John finds joy in spending quality time with his wife, JoDee, and their two young daughters. His interests extend to the golf course, where he enjoys the sport, and he remains actively engaged in local initiatives, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to the betterment of the community.
