A Florence native, Spencer brings more than 12 years of experience in commercial real estate to his role at PLC Commercial. He earned a degree in Construction Science and Management from Clemson University before completing a Master of Real Estate Development at Clemson. His background in construction and real estate development provides a valuable perspective as he works with property owners, investors, developers and businesses throughout the region.
As a Partner at PLC Commercial, Spencer specializes in helping clients navigate commercial real estate opportunities and maximize value. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and serves on the South Carolina CCIM Chapter Board. His approach to commercial real estate is centered on relationships, integrity, market knowledge and exceptional client service.
Beyond his work in commercial real estate, Spencer is active in the Florence community, serving as a deacon at First Presbyterian Church in Florence. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Eliza, and their sons, Tommy and Harry, as well as offshore fishing, Clemson football, traveling and spending time on the golf course.
